working with-and-for others is still the most difficult thing for me. i definitely did not handle today's impromptu meeting too well, and might have gotten ahead of myself. i could have backed b up more, especially since she's been the one giving me directions; instead i might have confused the situation by giving too many personal opinions and less critical and constructive feedback. at the same time, i was pretty amazed at how disorganized their working process was.

things to take note of (apparently still not drilled into me):

1. think before you speak /to be PRODUCTIVE and CONSTRUCTIVE
2. think about how others might feel before you speak / to facilitate an OPEN and HONEST working environment
3. FIND+CREATE SOLUTIONS
